Important Information

Thank you for considering Memories By Morgan to capture these beautiful moments of you and your loved ones. Below you will find information on how you will receive your images, a list of terms and conditions and a few other things you may need to know in preparation for your session. Please have a proper read through the following information and do not hesitate to message me if you have any questions.
Firstly, if you have not already done so please check out samples of my previous work featured here on my website home page, the Memories By Morgan Facebook page and Instagram (@memoriesbymorgan), to ensure my artistic style and editing is right for you.

Payments & Cancelations
A minimum of $50 must be paid within 24 hours of making your booking as a non-refundable retainer to hold your session spot. This retainer will be put towards your session and will in no way be refunded due to cancelation or a no show. The remainder of your balance is due the day of your session, no images will be edited until the final amount has been paid. If a cancelation is to occur a new retainer must be paid to hold a new session spot if you wish to do so. Cancelations must be made no less than 24 hours before the session, failing to do so will lead to a loss of retainer.
There is a an additional $50 'no post fee' if you do not wish for the images taken at your sessions to be posted on my Facebook and Instagram business page's.
Payments accepted include PayPal and bank transfer, and cash or eftpos on the day of your photo shoot. Payment plans are available when purchasing additional images: No images will be released to you until the final payment has been paid.

Receiving Your Images
The final edited images from your session will be uploaded onto a private online gallery. You will receive a direct link to a watermarked proof gallery, where you will select your favourite images from your session, and have the option to purchase any additional images for $15 each.

After selecting your favourites and paying for any additional images you will receive a new link to your downloadable gallery along with a four digit download pin, you will need access to a computer to download these images. USB's are available for purchase for $40 each, this includes standard Australian post. If you wish for your images to be re-edited there is a re-editing fee of $5 per photo, this includes making black and white images into colour, but not vise versa. Please note Memories By Morgan's editing includes blemish removal and occasional skin softening, no heavy editing or photo manipulation will be done. No unedited images will be given in any format. Turn around time for all galleries is 3-4 weeks.

Your gallery will expire after 14 days, it is highly recommended to download your gallery multiple times, if you however forget to download your images in the 14 day period and need your gallery to be re-uploaded, there is a fee of $25. After your gallery has expired the digital images will be stored on my hard drive for up to 6 months. Once that 6 months is up the images will then be permanently erased. Memories By Morgan is in no way responsible for loss of images, no discounts or refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Other Information

Memories By Morgan no longer offers event or wedding photography, group or extended family sessions, meaning family sessions are only available for parents and children. All sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 people. Please do not bring anyone to the session not being photographed.
